Booking ground transportation is like anything else; you're always trying to get the best product and service at the most reasonable price. With Omni Transportation, you can count on getting exactly that.
Our prices are comparable, and in most cases, cheaper than other service providers in the area. The differences are: vehicle options and quality of service.
Below are some of the answers to some of your most frequently asked questions.
Q: Can I book a vehicle for an hourly reservation?
A: Absolutely! We accommodate both point-to-point and hourly reservations. Just head to our reservations page and specify your pick-up location and set the amount of hours you require.
Q: Can I book a roundtrip?
A: Yes. During the reservation process, you will be asked if you would like a return ride. The cost of the return to the airport is roughly $5 USD less than the cost of your pick up. The difference is no parking fee. You will have a chance to review your total cost prior to finalizing your reservation.
Q: Where do I meet my chauffeur when being picked up at the airport?
A: Terminal 1 - at the bottom of the escalator
Terminal 3 - at the baggage carousel.
Q: Will my chauffeur have a sign?
A: Your chauffeur will have a sign with your name on it. Please look for him/her. If you cannot find him/her right away, please call us 702.462.6600 and we will call them.
Q: Do you provide alcohol/champagne in your limousines?
A: We do not. But, you can bring your own and we can provide ice and glasses only upon request. Please add this request in the comments section of your reservation.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: No. Our pricing is already discounted compared to other service providers.
Q: Can I book a limo for my Prom?
A: Yes. Please Note: There is an 8 hour minimum. If you're not 18 or over, then you must have a chaperone that is 18 or over, and who will travel with you. This person must show proof of age at pick up. If at time of pick up, there is no chaperone present, we will not be able to proceed with the reservation. You will also be charged in full for the reservation.
Q: Can you take me outside of Nevada?
A: Yes, we will drive you almost anywhere. Please specify pickup and drop-off locations on our reservations page for a detailed price. You can email or call us as well.
Q: Are there any "Hidden Fees"?
A: ABSOLUTELY NOT. We leave that to our competitors. When booking your reservation online, you will be provided the exact cost.
Q: Do I have to pre-pay?
A: We preauthorize your credit/debit card 48hrs prior to date of service. After your service has been completed the charge will be finalized.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We require 48-hour advance notice for cancellations. If you are a NO SHOW for your reservation, you will be charged.
Q: What if I have not received my confirmation email?
A: If you have not received your confirmation email within 1 hour of booking, please contact us and we will resend.
