FAQ

Booking ground transportation is like anything else; you're always trying to get the best product and service at the most reasonable price.  With Omni Transportation, you can count on getting exactly that.

Our prices are comparable, and in most cases, cheaper than other service providers in the area. The differences are: vehicle options and quality of service.

Below are some of the answers to some of your most frequently asked questions.

Q:  Where do I meet my chauffeur?
A:  For flights arriving at Terminal 1, meet your chauffeur at the bottom of the escalator. For flights arriving at Terminal 3, meet your chauffeur at the baggage carousel.

Q:  How do I identify and meet my chauffeur?
A:
  Your chauffeur will have a sign with your name on it. Please look for him/her. If you cannot find him/her right away, please call us 702.462.6600 and we will call them.

Q:  What if my flight is early, late, delayed, or changes gates?
A:
  At Omni, we check your flight status repeatedly to make sure our chauffeurs know your updated arrival information and respond accordingly. With the flight number you provide at the time of booking, we track your flight to make sure we are waiting at the right terminal at the right time for a seamless pickup.


Q: I’m arriving at the airport and it may take some time to get my bags. Is any waiting time included in my reservation? Is “waiting time” ever charged?
A:
  We check the status of your flight so we time our dispatches accordingly. Once our chauffeur arrives at the terminal and your plane has landed, your charged time will begin.

Q:  What is the cancellation policy?
A:
  You may cancel up to 48 hours ahead of your scheduled pick up for a full refund. Within 48 hours you may cancel but will be charged the full amount of your ride.

Q:  Can I book a roundtrip?
A:
  Yes. During the reservation process, you will be asked if you would like a return ride. The cost of the return to the airport is roughly $5 USD less than the cost of your pick up. The difference is no parking fee. You will have a chance to review your total cost prior to finalizing your reservation.

Q:  What types of vehicles do you have?
A:
  We offer a range of vehicles from luxury sedans, town cars, SUVs, limousines, vans, and mini buses. Please check our “fleet & rates” page to see our full vehicle offerings.

Q:  When does my credit card get charged for the service? Can I pay cash to the chauffeur?
A:
  We pre-authorize the card 4 hours before the ride and if it is declined we do not send the car until we speak to the passenger. The card is then charged the full amount after the ride is completed.

Q:  What are your surcharges?
A:
   We have a 3% passenger tax on your base rate, as well as a $5 flat airport parking fee. Finally, there a $5 per hour charge for fuel.

Q:  What payment methods do you accept?
A:
  We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Q:   What are your hourly rates?
A:
   For our luxury sedans and SUVs, the hourly rate is $55, and for our Limousines the hourly rate is $75. For all other vehicles including vans and minibuses, please visit our fleet & rates page for more information.

Q:  Do you provide alcohol/champagne in your limousines?
A:
  We do not. But you can bring your own and we can provide ice and glasses only upon request. Please add this request in the comments section of your reservation.

Q:  Can I book a limo for my Prom?
A:
  Yes. Please Note: There is an 8 hour minimum. If you're not 18 or over, then you must have a chaperone that is 18 or over, and who will travel with you. This person must show proof of age at pick up. If at the time of pick up, there is no chaperone present, we will not be able to proceed with the reservation. You will also be charged in full for the reservation.

Q:  Can you take me outside of Nevada?
A:
  Yes, we will drive you almost anywhere. Please specify pickup and drop-off locations on our reservations page for a detailed price. You can email or call us as well.

Q:  What if I have not received my confirmation email?
A:
  If you have not received your confirmation email within 1 hour of booking, please contact us and we will resend.

Q:  How much should I tip my chauffeur?
A:
  A 20% chauffeur gratuity is included in your reservation price. Any additional tips may be provided in cash and are 100% at the discretion of the customer.
